If you have ever visited the Cook Islands you can understand why it would be nice to return! Beautiful warm climate, relaxed and friendly way of life, fragrant tropical flowers, white sand beaches and the bluest of blue lagoons! The Cook Islands are comprised of far-flung islands and atolls, distantly separated and each with their own characteristics. The most famous of the atolls is Aitutaki Lagoon, one of the most recognised of the world's tropical atolls. The main island is Rarotonga, which has a small capital town, Avarua, and a small international airport. The craggy highlands of the interior descend to a perimeter of white coral sand beaches and lagoon. Everywhere life is unhurried - this is life island-style. My Rarotonga.
